Select your services: Add the repair services you need to your cart and customize the details for each item. Your final price will appear at checkout.
Ship your item: Print the shipping label, securely package your item, and drop it off with the carrier.
Confirmation upon arrival: Once we receive your package, you’ll get an email confirmation. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out.
Repair process: Our jeweler will complete the repair(s) on your item(s).
