What does the Crislu Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers Manufacturing defects only and does not cover lost or stolen items, accidental damage or improper care.

Do I need to register my jewelry?

Yes. To activate your Limited Lifetime Warranty, your product must be registered within 30 days of purchase.

What information do I need to make a warranty claim?

You will need your warranty registration number and original proof of purchase to process a claim.

Can water exposure to water affect my warranty?

Casual exposure to water will not affect your jewelry, however as best practice, we recommend removing jewelry before as prolonged submersion in water, including swimming pools, hot tubs, or ocean water will affect finish over time. Please see Jewelry Care for more details.

Can perfumes, lotions, or skincare products damage my jewelry?

Yes. Exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, sunscreens, sanitizers, and household cleaners can affect the finish of your jewelry. Apply products first and wear jewelry afterward.

Can I resize or repair my jewelry elsewhere?

No. Any alterations, resizing, or repairs carried out by anyone other than Crislu or an authorized repair center may void the warranty.

Does the warranty cover fading?
