If for any reason you are not satisfied with your CRISLU.com purchase you may request to return the products without customized engraving or embossing and in its original condition, within 14 days of the date of receipt of items for a refund or an exchange.
For customers who purchased free returns coverage, a shipping label will be provided at no cost. All other customers will be responsible for the cost of their return shipping label.
**We will extend the 14 day return policy for items purchased that are given as gifts during December.
