Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Crislu Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal wear and use. It does not cover accidental damage, improper care, or general wear and tear over time.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover accidental damage such as scratches, dents, breakage, snagging, or damage caused during sports, exercise, or rigorous outdoor activities.
Do I need to register my jewelry?
Yes. To activate your Limited Lifetime Warranty, your product must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
What information do I need to make a warranty claim?
You will need your warranty registration number and original proof of purchase to process a claim.
Can water damage affect my warranty?
Yes. Prolonged exposure or submersion in water, including swimming, hot tubs, showers, or ocean water, may void the warranty. We recommend removing jewelry before water exposure.
Can perfumes, lotions, or skincare products damage my jewelry?
Yes. Exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, sunscreens, sanitizers, and household cleaners can affect the finish of your jewelry. Apply products first and wear jewelry afterward.
Can I resize or repair my jewelry elsewhere?
No. Any alterations, resizing, or repairs carried out by anyone other than Crislu or an authorized repair center may void the warranty.
Does the warranty cover fading or tarnishing over time?
No. Normal wear and tear, including fading of finishes and occasional tarnishing due to oxidation, is considered natural over time and is not treated as a defect.
