Warranty Details, Disclosures, Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully and accept terms and conditions below to proceed with registration.
Warranty will be null and void for any of the following reasons:

1)Accidental damage, such as scratches dents or breakage which can be caused by, but not limited to:

- Mishandling or dropping: Jewelry is delicate. Handle it with care.
- Rigorous out door activity: Our jewelry is very well made and from sturdy materials, but it is not designed for activity where it can be easily snagged, scuffed or chipped like rock climbing or yard work.
- Sports or exercise: Please remove your jewelry when exercising it can get be damaged by equipment or worse get caught in apparatus and cause physical injury.

2) Tarnishing or damage caused by improper care including, but not limited to exposure to:
- Harsh chemicals: Household cleaners, Solvents, Insect Repellents, Perfumes and Cosmetics. Remove Jewelry when using or applying these type of products.
- Skin Care Products: Creams, Lotions, Sunscreens, Sanitizers. Apply products first.

3) Prolonged exposure or submersion in water including, but not limited to: Swimming. Please remove your jewelry prior to entering a pool or the ocean

4)Washing: Please remove jewelry when washing hands, before getting in the tub, shower or doing dishes.

5) Items that have been altered or resized or repaired by anyone other than Crislu or our authorized repair centers.

6) Normal wear and tear including fading of finishes. Jewelry finishes fade gradually over time with daily wear. This is not a defect. Precious metals like silver can also on occasion tarnish over time due to oxidazation. This is not a defect.

7) Failure to register product at www.crislu.com/warranty within 30 days of purchase.

8) Failure to present registration number.

9) Failure to provide original proof of purchase.

*This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or registrant.
