CRISLU stands behind each and every product we produce
with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please follow
the directions listed below for how to submit a warranty claim. If you
have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@crislu.com.
Please note, our lifetime manufacturer’s warranty covers
damage resulting from manufacturing defects only and does not cover lost
or stolen items, or damages resulting from negligence or abuse.
To expedite your claim, please follow the process below
and DO NOT return damaged or defective items to the store where your
item was purchased.
Customers within the United States
We
charge fifteen dollars ($15) for shipping and handling in order to
process warranty claims and you will receive a shipping label within two (2) business days via email.
Please print the shipping label, and send the damaged
product to us including any required documentation, packaging and
collateral material. We recommend that you send the damaged product in a
padded envelope or box. Once we receive your damaged item we will send
you your replacement piece. If your piece has been discontinued CRISLU
will issue you a gift card code worth the price of your piece to be used
on our website, www.CRISLU.com to purchase something else that you love.
If you do not have a CRISLU.com Customer Account, please create one by clicking here. Please note, all Domestic US warranty claims must be processed via the online claims process on CRISLU.com.
It is the customer’s responsibility to submit the
appropriate documentation with each warranty claim. All warranty claims
must include the return of the original item. We regret that, we are
unable to process claims with out return of the defective or damaged
item.

A copy of the sales receipt if available

We will respond to you with instructions based upon your specific circumstances and location within two business days.
Please note:
CRISLU is not liable for any items returned outside of
this warranty process. All packages sent outside of this process will be
rejected at the customer's expense. Packages cannot be hand delivered
to the warehouse for safety reasons.
