Ice'd Bold Chain Bracelet Finished in 18kt Yellow Gold

My bracelet snapped and I had to contact customer service for help. I got promptly reply and I’ve been advised to return it and get a replacement. The people from customer service were really kind and polite, and the process went really easy and quick. I just received my new bracelet and I am really HAPPY and DELIGHTED! Thank you so much!
