CRISLU warrants to the original consumer for the rest of their life from the date of purchase that the purchased article of jewelry is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear. This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. Should warranty service be required, please send a copy of the sales receipt, a description of the defect and a $10 check or money order to CRISLU. Do not return defective jewelry to the retailer from whom the jewelry was purchased.

Easy Returns

We ensure your shopping experience with us is at ease, fun and confident. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the products without customized engraving or embossing and in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. CRISLU pays for your return shipping charge, both domestic and international. It's that simple!

Easy Returns Conditions

All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are authorized. Any item with signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration of any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned or exchanged. Returns without CRISLU return code, and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.

Log into your My CRISLU account and click 'Easy Returns' then follow the instructions on the website. You will be given a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and a UPS shipping label. Print the shipping label and write the RAC code on your original sales receipt and on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. Include all original packaging and collateral material.

All online purchase from Crislu.com has to be returned or exchanged directly with CRISLU and you may not return your online purchase to our authorized retail stores in the U.S.
