This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

If you purchased the jewelry from our official online boutique www.CRISLU.com and already past 30 days of the date of receipt of item, please ship the item, original CRISLU jewelry box, original sales receipt, a detail description of the defection to CRISLU: Fe of Warranty Dept. Customers who purchased the jewelry from our official online boutique www.CRISLU.com  are not required to pay $10 handling fee for all repair and warranty needs.
