If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request to return the products without customized engraving or embossing and in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of receipt of items for a refund or an exchange. CRISLU pays for your return shipping charges within the U.S.

Easy Returns Conditions
If you need to repair your CRISLU jewelry but already past 30 days of receipt of items, please click here Repair and follow the instructions.
We do not accept any returns and exchanges on items purchased at CRISU authorized retailer shops, except for repair services. Please contact the retailer stores directly if you wish to return the items.
All online purchases from CRISLU.com official online boutique has to be returned or exchanged directly with CRISLU.com and you may not return your online purchase to our authorized retail stores in the U.S.
All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original CRISLU jewelry box. Once we receive your returned item and it passes quality inspection, your new replacement item will be shipped immediately; or your refund will be processed within 15 days. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are authorized. Any item with signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration of any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned or exchanged. Returns without CRISLU return authorization code (RAC), and packages that are improperly packaged, will be refused receipt.
CRISLU does not refund any overnight shipping fee you paid.
Should you insist on shipping the jewelry back to CRISLU even though we have denied your return request for any of the reasons notified to you, CRISLU will not be able to re-ship that jewelry back to you and will not be able to refund your payment as well.
Step-by-Step
The request of return / exchange / replacement must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of items. Items not necessarily to arrive our facility within 30 days of the date of sales.
Log into your My CRISLU account (located on the top right corner with a red color heart icon) and click "Return Item" then follow the instructions on the website. A Return Authorization Code (RAC) and a free shipping label will then be e-mailed to you separately within 48 hours on weekdays. Print the shipping label and write the RAC code on your original sales receipt and on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. Include all original packaging and collateral material. To ensure quality purposes, please include the reason of your return in return request webpage.
If this is an exchange please include detail information on what item you want to exchange with and its new style numbers and correct sizes. To better serve you and for us to ship you the right item, the more detail you tell us, the better for us.
Some customers wish to ship the items back via other courier methods and pay for the own return shipping. This is absolutely acceptable.
Returns and Exchanges During Promotion Period
Request on return of purchase that includes free gift(s), you must also return the free gift(s) in order to receive a full refund. If you make an exchange and you no longer qualify for that free gift(s), you are required to surrender the free gift(s) at the sole discretion of the CRISLU corporation.
Should you decide to keep the free gift(s), we reserve the right to charge you for a full price of the free gift(s) at the current MSRP listed on the website.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt and inspection. CRISLU is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.

Final sale and/or Final-Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items will be marked as such on the website as well as receipt
Returns International Orders
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders (except Canada and Mexico).
