  1. What is the standard necklace size?
    1. Most CRISLU pendants and chain necklaces have a standard chain length of 16” with adjustable jump rings at 17” and 18”.
    2. CRISLU tennis necklaces have a standard length of 16”. If it is different, then it will be denoted in the product description.
    3. Miss CRISLU necklaces (our young girl’s line) all have a standard chain length of 13” with adjustable jump rings at 14” and 15”.
  2. What is the standard bracelet size?
    1. Most CRISLU chain bracelets have a standard chain length of 7” with an adjustable jump ring at 6.5”
    2. CRISLU tennis bracelets have a standard length of 7”. If it is different, then it will be denoted in the product description.
  3. I sent my item in for the warranty but have not received a credit yet. When can I expect my warranty credit?
    1. Upon receipt of your piece, it can take up to 5 business days to process. Once your piece has been processed, you will receive an online credit for the value of your piece.
  4. My CRISLU jewelry broke and I want to send it in for warranty, but I want the same piece. Can you send me the same one back?
    1. With our new warranty policy, if you send back your damaged item, we will send you a credit for the value of your piece to use at CRISLU.com. We cannot guarantee that your item will be available due to discontinued stock or low quantities. We would be happy to help suggest a replacement piece if you cannot find the item you are looking for. You can email customerservice@crislu.com for help.
  5. I haven’t received my return shipping label, when can I expect it?
    1. You will receive your shipping label within two business days of submitting your warranty claim.
